Over the past decade, HBR has extensively expanded our array of services to meet our clients’ needs, with notable recent growth in the areas of technology and providing new operating models to our clients. We’ve increased our technology-related offerings because technology not only helps drive efficiency, improve decision making, and ensure consistency, it also serves as a foundation for organizations’ ability to differentiate themselves through innovation. We continue to expand our delivery model options, including managed services, because flexibility and scalability allow legal organizations to focus on client-facing services. Our combination with Keno Kozie earlier this year demonstrates our commitment to these areas: it made us the largest strategy, operations, and technology consulting firm in the legal industry.

We’re proud of the team we’ve built—they’re smart, proactive, collaborative, dedicated, and fun—and we’ve increased our investment in them so they can better serve you. We hired over 240 new employees in 2021 alone and plan to continue to grow to meet your needs. To support our people, we continue to invest in training and development, and we’re proud of our efforts to create a positive environment supporting work-life balance, with work flexibility that meets both our talent’s and our clients’ range of needs and a number of Employee Resource Groups and programs to foster wellness and engagement.

Because of our growth, we were recently recognized on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies for the third consecutive year, as well as on Crain’s 2021 Chicago Business Fast 50 list and Crain's 2021 Chicago's Largest Privately Held Companies list.
